I love Panera. Fresh bagels. Yummy sandwiches and delicious soups. What more could a person ask for? I stopped by one morning for a quick bagel pickup. I was greeted instantly even though all workers were dealing with other customers. Loved that. The young lady that helped me made sure to ask if I was a rewards member so I could earn points on my purchase. That was really appreciated. Store was very clean and quiet. Even though there was a group of people inside sitting. Panera is always a hit for me. I wish they would reopen the downtown location.

I feel like the reviews for this chain isn't really fair. It's more a place people only complain when it doesn't go well, and don't think to review when it goes well. With that being said, I love stopping by here in the morning especially on the weekends for blueberry and cranberry muffins, occasionally a bagel box. The service is always delightful. I wish I could remember the names, but there's been two girls & one guy in the mornings (around 9 thurs/fri/Sat) that are just so overly sweet and nice it makes the experience even better. They always have a big smile, are more than happy to help you, never make you feel rushed and just altogether great. I'm a bar manager, so it's always nice finding places with great service. It makes the experience of going out, that much more enjoyable. Seriously the cranberry orange muffins and blueberry muffins are so good! The fruit actually tastes fresh and the Muffin is soft and pillowy

This Panera location has been my "go to" through the years. It's been awhile since I've stopped in here, and I was pleasantly surprised with some menu additions. This morning my Steel cut oatmeal hit the spot! It was warm, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, pecans and fresh cut strawberries. I'll be returning soon.

I have been a Panera Bread fan for years! The quality and consistency of their food is what keeps me coming back. This particular Panera is located in Abercorn Common. If you enter on the White Bluff side it is hard to miss. It is in between HomeGoods and Smoothie King. There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot. During the lunch rush it can appear sometimes like no parking is available. Just check the side of the lot by HomeGoods. The restaurant indoors is that of a typical Panera. There is plenty of seating. There is much variety in the seating too. And they have some seating outdoors too. When you enter you will see the long counter to order with registers. The baked goods displayed behind and to the right. The drinks are directly to your left once you have placed your order. The counter for pickup is past the drink area. You will see the area, there is a sign. This Panera gets very busy during lunch hours. It is not uncommon for the line to be out the door. If you can plan to be there a little before the lunch rush or after it is to your benefit. Or order online and grab your food to go. The customer service can be hit or miss. It can be excellent or it can be not so great. For the staff that are excellent they are just that. They are so friendly and go above and beyond! But I have had some not so pleasant encounters with staff who were clearly not happy to be at work. The food and baked goods are always yum! Some of my personal favorites are the French onion soup, autumn squash soup(when in season), green goddess salad with chicken, Fuji apple chicken salad, green papaya tea, and cranberry orange scone. I really enjoy the You Pick Two option. This enables you to pick two items off them menu for your meal. So you do not have to choose between your favorites. Just go ahead and get them both! Panera is a wonderful option for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a snack. Give them a try if you are looking for a quick and healthy option!
